Although partially grant-funded, the Kingston Home Port and Education Center needs additional funds to complete construction.
Donors may choose from these levels:
- Pillar of the Community – $20,000 – Donations at this level include a building pillar named after the donor or in honor of a person of the donor’s choice.

When donating online, scroll down to “Additional Options” (in red) and please type “Boat Barn” in the space marked “Designate your donation to a specific program or fund” to ensure that your donation goes toward the Kingston Home Port and Education Center project.
HRMM is undertaking a solar panel installation on the roof of the museum building and would like to include the Education Center in this endeavor. Thus additional funds and/or in-kind donations are needed to make this green building even more green with a solar installation. In addition, equipment is needed to make the Education Center fully operational. Thus, we have devised a “wish list” of the following items.

- Indoor crane for lifting small boats and heavy objects
- Boat cradle for smaller boats – should be equipped with rollers
